I have them in the same soil, but one is doing very well and branching out with 4 or 5 canes, while the other one is barely making it on 2, one of which isn't very green anymore. What can I do to help it do as well as the other one?
Why are my two identical bareroot Joseph's Coat roses performing differently?
It just depends. Maybe one is growing slower and will catch up later, maybe one is attracting more bugs or gets less sun because of its location. Either way, try something small like adding epsom salt to the soil. The fact that the other one is doing fine means that most of your conditions are right already.
