The best and safest way to get rid of the beetles is to pick them off and kill them. Some roses are so delicate that anything will hurt them. For the aphids try 1 teaspoon ivory dish liquid with 1 gallon water and spray, tis will clog their pores and suffocate them. Be sure to check for babies in about 5-7 days.
