Well, some do, some don't all on the same plant.

Why are my roses dying on the bud?
they need plant food when you boild eggs

use the water for your plants it is good for them.
Reply:thrips ......a tiny little pesty varmit.
Reply:sprinkle coffee grounds or open a tea bag that has already been brewed and sprinkle it on the ground. they seem to love the acid, and its actually quite healthy for them.
Reply:It could be aphids or a fungas disease, Roses need spraying about every 10 days with an insecticide-fungicide
Reply:go to neal sperry's website or check out his gardening book from the library. Have you bought a book that's specifically dedicated to rose growing? Very informative. Will teach you how to prune them also.
