They should be fine. In preparation for the winter, you should cut back the growth. The roses will go dormant and will actually benefit from the weather. I live in the carolinas, but you're up there near the mountains so it gets a bit colder. Regardless, they should be fine. You may consider bringing one or two inside and next spring compare to see which was better. Good Luck
Reply:yes, they will get frost bite and die,But give them lots of Sun light and put outside every day from 10-2:00 p.m.While this sun is the warmest that part of day, good luck,Hollywood
Reply:I am not an expert, but if your area expects freezing weather, I would bring them inside.
Reply:yes as they will get burnt, they are just like people. The petals that is!
Reply:A sunny window inside the house might work, but letting them go dormant outside in the garden is the better answer. Make sure the pots are buried in the ground so the roots are protected from frost and drying out.

Minis have been known to survive out side even here in Northern Ontario with the right protection
Reply:You can do but they should be fine where they are. You might sink them in the ground outside but roses need a bit of wintering, really.
Reply:yes, or they will die
