I live in iowa and its just starting to warm up. i was just wondering when can i plant them?

Reply:Well I'd say spring and summer..more so put them in in spring since it rains a lot..but I've none people that planted flowers all year round....so I don't really know what the difference would be..

Reply:We live in West Texas, the southwest, we plant our roses in February. When you see your nurseries and garden centers putting out roses to buy, you can safely plant them.
