I just planted some bare root roses in a container in Los Angeles...Anyone have any tips on increasing the yeild of flowers, feeding, or just care in general?

i also live in so cal and i use a manure tea and it works great and inexpensive take a 50gal trash can or so and add about a 1/4 of a bag of manure and then add water let it maranade for a day or so and then just pour the water in all you plants the love it dont leave it sitting around for two long for obvios reasons
