Has anyone heard of a book about a girl who is like a mermaid except with roses.?

I guess her bottom is like a skirt of roses and she is sad that people are always cutting off her roses and she has thorns to protect her.



its probably an old book. but it talks about the roses and how they bloom and stuff.
