I want to make chocolate roses but i dont have corn syrup?

i dont know wat corn syrup is and i live in new zealand, i have chocolate peices and white chocolate peices and most other basic ingredients but im not sure how to make them. Pleae help

If your recipe calls for corn syrup.I don't believe you can replace it with something else.It's like a liquid sugar of sorts.

Reply:You can`t substitute it. Do you know anyone in the U.S who could send you some? Hmmmmm, looks like ya`ll would have corn syrup. Good luck.
