What is the difference between Spray Roses and Sweetheart Roses?

I asked our florist today; he said they are the same thing.



It's often called "spray roses" when they are bunched together with no leaves and filler, it's called "sweetheart roses" when it has the leaves and baby's breath like you'd give on a date.
