What type of roses are these?

http://ww11.1800flowers.com/product.do?b...

I would like to try to grow some roses at home. I really like these type of roses but as you can guess I don't know a lot and would like to know if I can grow these at home (in a container). Any info about these or growing roses in general in a container is greatly appreciated!

Reply:If you want to grow rose in a container, I would look at mini roses. They are easier to take care of and actually have a better scent then the larger roses. Roses like lots of sun and you need to keep the roots moist, not wet, so cover them with a good compost that will keep them from drying to quickly. Do not cut mini roses back like they do the large roses. Each spring stir the ground up around the roots and add some fertilizer for roses.

Reply:There are many varieties of miniature roses that can be grown in containers.
