How do you care for minature roses?
YOU NEED TO KEEP THEM COOL 60S ARE BEST.

THEY LIKE SUN AS WELL, BUT NOT DIRECT SUN.
Reply:Culture for miniature roses is the same as for standards.

Reply:I have no idea where you live, but I live in Mn. and the winters are long and my mini's get along just fine. I do dump leaves on them in the fall and clean them off when the weather is warm. I don't cut them back in the fall, so anything that is black in the spring I cut off. They do come out like a little bush. Use a little sizzors and just cut off next to the leaves on the stem where there are three leaves. The three leaves should be going to your right, on the right side of the plant, left on the left side, and the front ones pointing toward you. It is best not to cut a stem where theleaves are on the inside of the plant. It does need air to be able to get through. Water around the bottom, they don't like water on the leaves unless real early in the morning or they like to get a disease called black spot.Any odd looking leaves can just be picked off and put into the trash. If you want to keep your little guys going, go to a store and get some rose spray. It will take care of anything that wants to attack it. They are easy as pie to grow. They mostly take care of themselves.
